How quickly can I receive help?
Your well-being is our priority. During daytime hours, we will contact you within 3 hours. Together, we'll discuss your situation and create a suitable care package. Once everything is clear, we can start care immediately.
In which regions do you operate?
Our core area includes Ehrwald, Lermoos, and Biberwier. Upon request, we are happy to visit you outside these regions as well.
What type of care do you offer?
We provide professional, customized care - whether you need wound care, medication via infusion, or general nursing support. In a personal consultation, we'll determine exactly what care you need.
How does payment work?
You'll receive a clear cost overview in advance. After care provision, you can easily pay in cash or by card.
What if I need help at night or during weekends?
We are here for you - 24/7. Our regular care hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Care outside these hours (evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) involves additional charges, which we'll discuss transparently with you.
How does communication work?
Simple and direct! As your personal contact, I speak multiple languages, and for additional support, we use the practical Herzens app.
Do I need to arrange care materials myself?
No, we take care of that! All necessary care materials are included in your care package.
